Oven Kraft Pizza located in metropolitan area. Aims to create a user-friendly online ordering system, providing multiple pizza options and allowing customers to choose dine-in, takeaway or delivery. The goal is to deliver healthy food options to busy professionals, students, and individuals, with a streamlined ordering process and mobile optimisation.

Design a mobile app for Oven Kraft Pizza that offers customers the ability to customise or select their favourite pizza and choose between dine-in, takeaway, or delivery options.

Conducting interviews, paper and digital wire-framing, low and high-fidelity prototyping, conducting usability studies, accounting for accessibility, and iterating on designs.
To gain insight into the needs of the target users, I conducted interviews and developed empathy maps. The primary groups identified were students and working professionals who have limited time for cooking. Through these interviews, I obtained an initial understanding of the user base and their perspectives.
Further research highlighted that time constraints were not the only issue, as finding fast delivery meal options was also a challenge. Additionally, the student demographic found it particularly challenging to cook during non-traditional hours.
Time
Due to busy work and academic schedules, cooking was a challenge for both students and working professionals.
Long Waiting times
Some group of users mentioned that their work schedule makes it challenging to wait for a long time to order and pick up food.
Confusing user interface
Some group of users find it difficult to navigate, users may struggle to place orders, leading to frustration and a higher likelihood of abandonment.
